This adoption program is open! World View is has completed successul adoptions from Pakistan and is currently assisting Canadian families of Pakistani heritage in their adoption process.
World View works only with local agencies (orphanages) that have a credible standing. We have a unique understanding of the cultural and legal complexities involved in adopting a child from Pakistan.

Who Can Adopt
- Prospective parents whose homestudy has been approved by their provincial Ministry; (if you are a relative of the child you wish to adopt, please go to Relative Adoption.)
- Prospective parents who have Pakistani heritage.
There is no law setting forth age, residency, or marriage requirements.
Who Can Be Adopted
- A child who meets the definition of an orphan.

As there is no central government adoption authority, guardianship is filed in the family courts. Adoptions are finalized in Canada.
